Tree Lighting 

• Parade 

• • Went over the Parade float/vehicle list 

• • Have next car physically stop at Rocco’s and wait for car in front to pass the tree 

• • Ashley to have a remote meeting with participants on Wednesday for logistics 

• Volunteers 

• • Will do a Mailchimp and also other will push again in FB groups 

• The carolers have microphones this year to boost their sound 

• Reviewed the event timeline

• • Mayer Tree Service?  Need to confirm if they transported the tree this year.

• Tentatively Saturday 3/1/25, inclement weather date of 3/2/25  probably 8am-12pm 

• Raffles 

• DFF to consult with Kiwanis about logistics of past events 

• Need to seek donations of materials 

Member Appreciation Night in January 

• Will do some apps and drinks at Berry Tavern 

• Probably in the later half of January, more details to come 

Open 

• Idea for a contest to raffle off a VIP package to Summer Night Lights 

• • Premium viewing, VIP parking, swag, express food ..etc. 

• • Sell tickets at Bonfire, Pancake Breakfast, and Rewind 

• • Need to figure out how to track tickets online over time 

• We are starting sponsor outreach 

• • Let us know if anyone has any connections
