Welcome – Amy 

• Welcome any new volunteers, visitors, ..etc. 

 

Downtown Rewind 

• Map 
  • Need a yard game for Pete’s garage 
  • Make sure we have a sign for 50/50 raffle, like a paddle 

• Accessibility 
  • Arc-tank 
    • (Lynnebago) mobile pod for people with sensory needs to go into to re-regulate out of the chaos 
  • Accessibility kits 
    • Check with Jasmine at Townhall? 
    • Or the library? 
    • Ear plugs maybe? 

• Volunteer opportunities 
  • Not getting a lot of responses on the Signup Genius email that went out to known volunteers. 
  • Getting decent response from Highschool 
  • We need to get name tags for volunteers, especially those that vendors and sponsors need to meet up with 

• Tried to get Riverside Square Dancers 
  • No luck 

• Sponsorship window is closed for Rewind 

 

Fireworks 

• Map
  • Melt, Noonan’s, Kona Ice, Beefey Boys, Chicken and the Pig 
  • Would we be able to use the javelin field behind the pavilion? 

• “snow fencing”  
  • Color choice orange or green?  Go with orange for safety 

• Activities 
  • Dunk Tank 
    • We need to recruit some more people to dunk.  Maybe some coaches? 
  • Pie or cookie contest? 

• Brainstorming 
  • Mystery box?  Kids put hand in box and try to guess what is inside

• Might move the meeting earlier in the day during the summer 

• Fundraising is around $60k, almost at our 2024 target!!
