Fundraising Update – Dave 

• $42,507 total funds raised in 2024 as of 5/1. 
• $43,750 from corporate sponsors so far.  Many came in first 2 weeks of May. 
• $3,930 in fireworks GoFundMe. 
• Sponsor $ breakdown

  • Silver (2.5k): 6

  • Community Partner (0.5k): 3

• Abiomed has reached out to be a Gold sponsor! Hot off the press. 
• We should talk to DCAT about sponsorship 

Downtown Rewind 

• Will send out a social post about the car show 
• Costume contest, will promo this ahead of time 
• Working with Art Association on what kind of live art project they could offer 
• Create Space might do a take home craft 
• Activities

  • Get connect 4 from Sarah? 
  • Musical chairs?  Might be too risky 
  • Pop star bracelet craft table.  Ask Girl Scouts if we don’t have a sponsor that’s interested.  Definitely need some adults to help run this.  Foxhill School might do it.

  • Danvers Indoor Sports and InclYOUsion sports to do obstacle courses
